Summer 2011. Our client Crunch.co.uk offers a unique package - a blend of online software combined with traditional accountancy and other services. To sell such a complex service you have to explain what it is. And with internet users' attention spans for video running at less than two minutes we had to keep it snappy. In addition, we needed to communicate some of Crunch's more intangible qualities - their fresh approach, their revolutionary spirit, their seriousness about what they do.
