Video for a 20-hour induction course. The product is designed for both individual and classroom use, and is supported by facilitator notes. Six video stories, filmed by Nice Media, and ten other patient scenarios outline the principles of the NHS. Nice Media supplied the lead writer and scripted the video content. This involved intensive research with more than forty subject matter experts and several patient focus groups.

We enjoyed creating this sitcom scenario about two caretakers - one keen to climb the skills escalator, the other a cynic who comes around. Caretakers was filmed in a studio with a purpose-built set. We also filmed on location in a hospital, with actors and medical practitioners.
