In part one of Communication in Dentistry we established the characters and a minimalist visual style to focus viewer attention on the drama rather than the setting. (This also saved money and increased productivity).

This time, we picked up the narrative with many of the same characters and a cast of more than 20. The stories were based around three patient pathways. Issues tackled included cultural misunderstandings, frightened minors, senility and vanity obscuring good sense.
